Get your child’s Tdap Immunization NOW!
Starting July 1, 2011 ALL students entering 7th through 12th grade will need to show proof of the Whooping Cough booster shot before attending the first day of school!
Please bring your child’s “shot record” to your CURRENT school’s health office for verification.

It is essential that your child receives the Tdap booster vaccine and that our health office receives proof of immunization as soon as possible. Students will not be allowed to register for school for September if we do not have verification that your child has had the Tdap booster vaccine. Please remember there is no staff available during the summer to verify immunization. Please help us by having your child immunized now and bringing in the immunization card to our health office. You may also fax a copy to the school at 949-489-8317. If you are unsure if your child meets this new State-mandated requirement (effective July 1, 2011), please contact the health office at 949-496-6666. Thank you for your help with this.
